Teaching Evaluations

The Teaching Evaluations page allows you to view attached teaching evaluation documents. Click on the document name to view the document.

The Candidate can only see this page AFTER being notified of the Department Recommendation.

The Academic Generalist can add appropriate documents to this page. Teaching Evaluations should be redacted before uploading.

1. Browse for a document to attach (must be in PDF format)
2. Enter a description for the attachment (name it in a way that helps a reviewer understand what it is: e.g., Med231 Seminar Fall 2010)
3. Click upload to attach the selected document
