Decision page
The Decision page for an academic review packet is only visible to the Advance user who has final decision authority. For academic actions in the Volunteer Clinical series that are in the School of Medicine, the decision can be certified by the user with a "Chair" role. For academic actions delegated to the Dean's Offices, the decision can be certified by the user with a "Dean" (typically a Vice/Associate Dean for Academic Affairs).
The page displays the academic review History at the top of the page, followed by:
- The CAP Letter (if CAP was included in the academic review)
- A collapsible section that displays the notifications sent from this page
- The current Communication section which includes the Decision, standardized text based on the Decision value selected, and a section for entering Additional Information
- And finally, Certify/Save as Draft buttons and the Send Notification button
After the Decision has been certified, the Academci Generalist will click Send Notification to send email to the appropriate individuals.
