Packet Attachments page

The Attachments page allows you to add documents to an academic review packet, and to view documents that have been attached to the packet.

To view an attached document, click on the document name.

The Academic Generalist can attach documents to the packet:

1. Browse for a document to attach (must be in PDF format)
2. Select an attachment type from the dropdown list (Warning: some Attachment Types can be viewed by the candidate and some cannot; be careful to select the appropriate type when attaching the document)
3. Click upload to attach the selected document

If you are the Candidate for this packet, you can only attach a "Candidate Personal Statement" which should not be added until AFTER you have been notified by your Academic Generalist of the department recommendation. If you want to include other documents in your academic review packet, send them to your Academic Generalist so he/she can attach them for you.
