My academic appointments

This section displays information from the payroll system; if it appears inaccurate, you should ask your Academic Generalist (appears at the bottom of each Advance page) for clarification. Keep in mind that when you have a pending payroll action, data may not yet be available to Advance.

Academic title codes from the payroll system are converted by Advance into more easily understood titles. Also, if you are paid under a non-academic (staff) title, this area may be blank:

  • Percent appointment (taken from current payroll information)
