Candidate Mgmt - Packet - Reference List
The References List page enables the Generalist to add Referee contact information or to modify the Referees added by the candidate on their Referee List page. Names visible on this page will be available on the Manage References page to facilitate soliciting and managing the submitted references that support the candidate's Academic Review.
To add a new Referee:
- Click the Add Reference link at the top of the panel. This will open a panel for adding
- Salutation, Name, Title, etc.
- Select the Source and Reference Type from the drop down lists
- Both candidates and chairs have the right to ask that certain referees not be contacted. If this is the case, check the appropriate box.
- Click the Add button to save the new Referee
Modify an existing Referee by clicking their name to open the panel for editing. Click the Save button to save the changes.
Delete referee names by clicking the delete icon in the list.
IMPORTANT: after emailing the referee (Manage References page), you cannot modify the referee information.
